Great laptop, keyboard not as pretty as others but definitely functional. Arrival time was short (thank God!) and everything was in order. Main issues: slightly heavier than I expected for a 14.1" notebook.

I'm pretty satisfied with the product and the excelent service of delivering the product when needed.
br /What I was disapointed is was the fact I didnt got the licence for the Windows office package included in my purchase, what I understand is normal! I also got a little disapointed with the fact I got a lot of software already installed in my computer which I had to uninstall what gave litle of problems.
