Shopped for a few days found this one was everything I needed, sound is a little under par but I didn't buy it for my surround sound. I bought it when it was $519 to my door, I see it has went up in price, it is still worth the money. I love the key board slick keys. Great first laptop sweet display big and bright.

I bought a Toshiba laptop and to my surprise the touchpad did not work properly from day one. After hours on the phone explaining the problem and doing a thousand procedures I had to ship it to Toshiba. The problem is that they lost my computer and they don't do anything to solve the problem. I have called them more than 30 times already and they have been unwilling to help me. I will never buy a Toshiba again and I suggest you do the same.

Delivery was prompt and the item looks great. But so far I have been unable to use the laptop as I am unable to access it. I will need to take it to a IT person to get it looked at. At the moment not sure if it is a laptop problem or me!!! Thank you.
